Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

The short version

This website collects only what you choose to send us, and we use it to reply to you. We don’t sell it, and this site doesn’t track you.

What we collect

When you use the contact form. We receive the name, company, email address, phone number, company size, and message you enter. The form sends this through Formspree, a form processing service, which emails it to us. Formspree keeps a copy for a limited time under its own privacy policy.

When you call or email us. We receive whatever you choose to share.

When you visit any page. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

What we don’t do

• We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
• We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We don’t send you marketing email unless you ask for it, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.

How we use your information

We use what you send to respond to you, to prepare a quote or provide services you ask about, and to keep a record of our conversations. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, such as Microsoft for email and hosting and Formspree for the contact form, and only for that purpose. We will also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as we need them to respond and to maintain normal business records, then we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us at 602.445.7600 or write to us at the address below.

Links to other sites

This site links to services run by other companies, including Fast Support, Splashtop, and online maps. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
